Proudly raising Scottish Highland X Angus Cattle on 100% Non-GMO grass, with free-choice minerals, no antibiotics, and lots of love and care. Our pork is also grass-fed and supplemented with Non-GMO grain and free-choice minerals. Our chickens are all Non-GMO Rangers and raised in large pastures with Non-GMO grain.

We do our best to meet your requests for lbs., per cut, sometimes we are a little under, and sometimes we are a little over. Ground beef and pork come in 1 lb. packages, bacon and sausage are +/- 1 lb. Steaks and chops come 2 per package, shank steaks are 1 per package.
